Welcome to Judith Greene Mindfulness

I began to practice mindfulness in 2014 and as my practice developed I found it really benefited my general wellbeing, helping me manage the stresses and strains of a busy work and home life. It also helped me meet whatever came my way with equanimity, acceptance and openess.

Mindfulness continues to offer me welcome support, balance, presence, clarity with continual insights into my own life and wellbeing. When I saw what mindfulness could do for me I really wanted to share the practice and its benefits with others.

Through my teaching my aim is to help others cultivate mindfulness in a way that is accessible and meaningful to them, finding ways  that benefit them to live with more presence, openness and compassion. I hope to assist people to navigate their day-to-day experience, encouraging them to use the tools and support mindfulness provides to help with whatever may come their way.

I have a Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Interventions with the Mindfulness Centre, Dublin. This training is recognised by the professional body, The Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland. The diploma draws on the training at the Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University and the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) at the University of Massachusetts (UMass). I have
also most recently trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. I chose this particular pathway into mindfulness as it’s a
rigorously, peer-reviewed researched pathway with proven benefits.

I am committed to offering mindfulness-based approaches to anyone with an interest in mindfulness, from businesses, groups or individuals and from the beginner to the experienced. This includes, 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction or 3 -week Introduction to Mindfulness Courses for individuals, groups and organisations, group meditation practice, mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful poetry and 1-1 mindfulness sessions.

I also provide bespoke mindfulness programmes for businesses and organisations, having recently worked successfully with including:
