When you fill in the form on the website,  or if you email me a query or message me on social media and sign up to a course, we will collect your:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • In case of emergency contact name and telephone number
  • Social media handles/ usernames.

How do we use personal information?

  • To provide our service to you
  • Legal obligations (if we are concerned about your wellbeing)
  • If  you are interested in receiving our newsletter or other marketing material.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?

With your consent we will process your data under GDPR Legislation in Northern Ireland.

When do we share personal data?

We will only ever share your personal data should we be concerned about your safety or wellbeing and that will be with you ‘In Case of Emergency’ contact.

Where do we store and process personal data?

We will store the data on a locked computer system, Judith Greene will be the only person with access to this data.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

You can request for your data to be deleted off our systems at any time, other than that we will keep your information on our system for one year after the course should there be any follow up required. Also, if you request, then we will then continue to keep your details for marketing / newsletter purposes for as long as you request.
