Mindfulness Sessions Linked to Menopause:

Acknowledging the unique needs of every employee, we offer specialised mindfulness sessions tailored to address the challenges associated with menopause. These sessions provide practical tools to navigate this stage of life with resilience and well-being. 3-Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course:

8-Week MBSR Course:

My 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is designed for anyone but can be particularly helpful for leadership teams and individual colleagues to embed a mindfulness habit, embed with self-awareness and knowledge. It can also be particularly helpful for  employees facing stress, anxiety, or related challenges. Experienced and Qualified Facilitator:

I am an experienced mindfulness facilitator bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to guide your employees on their mindfulness journey. I have worked in the public, private and third sector and hold a Diploma in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Cognitive Therapy, including Mindfulness Based Interventions from the Mindfulness Centre, Dublin and I am a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland.  I’ve worked with many organisations including; The Kane Group, Maynooth University Library, Calor Gas Ireland, The John Hewitt Summer School, The Robinson Library, Translink, Tourism NI, Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council and other public sector organisations.
